Active year completing acquisitions in Truehelm Fund II and Truehelm Fund III portfolios
Truehelm, f/k/a TT Capital Partners or TTCP, had an active year from an M&A perspective in both its 2018 vintage Fund II and 2022 vintage Fund III, completing six acquisitions. These acquisitions offer the opportunity to scale by adding capabilities, customers, and/or geographic markets.
InformedDNA
Truehelm Fund II portfolio company, InformedDNA, acquired Coriell Life Sciences in March 2025. Coriell combines pharmacogenomics (the study of how genes affect an individual’s response to medication) and precision medicine (tailored diagnosis and treatment plans specific to each patient) to help providers and payers understand how patients will respond to various medications, enabling improved patient outcomes and more efficient disease treatment. In combination with InformedDNA’s industry-leading genetic test interpretation and counseling services, the two create a platform that expands patient, provider, and payer access to genetic insights, driving better outcomes and cost savings through an individualized approach to care.
IDNA provides an industry-leading genetic test interpretation and counseling service, and this acquisition expands both the available tests and allows the company to provide more personalized, data-driven counseling insight.

Pyx Health provides a digital technology platform designed to support health plan quality efforts by engaging high-risk, hard-to-reach members. Since TTCP’s investment in 2023, Pyx Health has evolved from a point solution addressing loneliness and social isolation to an engagement platform solution supporting health plan quality initiatives. The company engages members with a blend of personalized technology, real human connection, and home-delivered nutrition resources that identify risks, close gaps in care, and address unmet needs to drive improved outcomes and quality scores.
