Associate
Max serves as an Associate at Truehelm. In his role, he helps source and evaluate healthcare IT and tech-enabled services businesses and conducts thematic industry research. Max joined Truehelm in 2026.
Prior to joining Truehelm, Max was an Associate in the Technology Services Investment Banking group at Canaccord Genuity, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions for clients across the healthcare technology and healthcare services sectors, as well as the broader technology, media, marketing, and financial services sectors.
Max earned a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
