Joe serves as an Associate at Truehelm. In his role, he helps source and evaluate healthcare IT and tech-enabled services businesses and conducts thematic industry research. Joe joined Truehelm in 2026.
Prior to joining Truehelm, Joe was a Senior Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Ziegler, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare IT and tech-enabled services sectors.
Joe earned a B.S. in Finance with a Concentration in Investment Management from the University of Dayton.
